At ITIN AMERICA, we are committed to providing high-quality ITIN application assistance, document authentication, and IRS submission services. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is necessary.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are subject to management review and are handled on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service was not provided as described due to an error on our part.

  • The ITIN application was not submitted due to a failure on our end.

  • The client cancels the service before any work has begun.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The application was submitted to the IRS, as ITIN processing fees are non-refundable.

  • The delay or rejection of an ITIN is due to IRS regulations or missing/inaccurate client-provided information.

  • The client fails to provide necessary documents or information required for the service.

  • The service was completed as agreed, but the client no longer requires the ITIN.

Processing Refunds
